Cigarette smoking often encourages young people to start experimenting other drugs and the younger you are when you start smoking, the more difficult it is to give up when you finally want to.

Legally drugs than can be bought without a prescription (eg : painkillers, cough mixture and appetite suppresants) and inhalents such as petrol, glue, benzine, thinners, etc are dangerous and addictive as illegal drugs.

The gases or vapour which are inhaled when abusing inhalent can be extremely poisonous and the act of sniffing or sucking, forces the poisons to enter the bloodstream throug the lungs.

Repeated sniffing or consentrated vapour and gases can permanently damages the brain and nervous system and it can be cause of sudden death.

Illegal drugs such as heroin, LSD, mandrax, cocaine and dagga are not extremely dangerous and harmful to ones physical, mental and social functionning, you will also be given a jail sentence and have a criminal record when caugh with illegal drugs."
